These Terms govern your purchase and use of NG Kick Selector, supplied by Marco Prestini, trading as Neural Grip Music. By purchasing, downloading or using the software, you agree to these Terms and the end-user license terms included with the installer.

Product and price

NG Kick Selector is a downloadable Windows VST3 audio plugin. The current price is €19, paid once, with applicable taxes included at checkout. It is not a subscription.

Digital delivery

After successful payment, the customer receives access to the Windows installer, installation instructions and an individual license key through Creem. The customer is responsible for ensuring that their system and DAW support Windows x64 VST3 plugins.

License and activations

Purchase grants one customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use NG Kick Selector on up to two computers they own or control. The software and license key may not be resold, shared, sublicensed or distributed. An activation may be released from within the plugin before moving the license to a replacement computer.

Updates and support

Reasonable installation and activation support is available at support@neuralgripmusic.com. A lifetime license does not guarantee every future major version, feature or platform. Any included updates are provided at our discretion unless expressly stated otherwise.

Refunds and cancellation rights

Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and Creem's checkout and refund procedures. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights. Where permitted by law, immediate delivery of digital content may require consent to begin performance and acknowledgment that a statutory withdrawal right may be lost once delivery begins.

Acceptable use

You must not reverse engineer the software except where applicable law expressly permits it, bypass activation controls, use a license key without authorization, or use the service for unlawful or abusive activity.

Availability and liability

The software is provided with reasonable care, but compatibility with every system, host, third-party plugin or future operating-system version cannot be guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neural Grip Music is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

These Terms may be updated when the product or legal requirements change. Material changes apply prospectively. Questions may be sent to support@neuralgripmusic.com.
